Vienna, October 27, 2025 – Incus GmbH will unveil its latest innovation, the Hammer Pro25, at Formnext 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for additive manufacturing, taking place from November 18–21, 2025 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The Hammer Pro25 is designed to bring industrial-scale metal additive manufacturing to the next level by combining high precision, automation, and throughput in one system. With this machine, manufacturers can move seamlessly from prototyping to true series production of metal components.
Redefining High-Volume Metal 3D Printing
The Hammer Pro25 introduces a new level of scalability for additive manufacturing:
- Continuous, automated production of high-accuracy metal parts with excellent surface quality.
- Material throughput of up to 980 cm³/h, with automated material refill and removal of finished parts.
- High resolution with 25 μm lateral resolution, powered by dual scrolling projectors enabling simultaneous printing on two platforms.
- Large build volume of 200 × 204.55 × 140 mm and flexible layer thicknesses between 10 and 100 μm.
- Outstanding surface quality after sintering (Ra approx. 2 μm), often eliminating the need for post-processing.
- Machine design enables highest productivity, and together with the Evo series provides a seamless solution covering the entire workflow – from R&D and small-series production to mass manufacturing.
- Substantially reduced cost per part, a key factor for driving the wider adoption of metal additive manufacturing in industrial environments.
- MIM-like quality in selected customer applications, while allowing every part to be fully customized.

Engineered for 24/7 production, the Hammer Pro25 supports lights-out manufacturing and is equally capable of producing large, heavy-duty parts as well as small, intricate geometries.
